There are certain SHBP Systems that Employers need access to for their Designated Benefits Administrators to properly administer SHBP coverage to its employees.  For SHBP purposes, a Designated Benefits Administrator is an individual employed in an Employer’s Human Resources, Finance, Payroll, or similarly situated departments that manage employee health insurance, premium payments and/or Employer Contributions.  SHBP recommends you provide access to at least two employees who specifically handle one or more of those areas, so one of those employees can serve as a backup.  Please review the
